  • Please note during the festive holiday season, jumps and swings are operating 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm
  • Outside of this period, jumps and swings will be operating as per the below:

  • Tuesday: 10am - 12:30pm
  • Wednesday: 10am - 12:30pm
  • Thursday: 10am - 12:30pm
  • Friday: 10am - 12:30pm
  • Saturday: 10am - 3pm
  • Sunday: 10am - 3pm

  • AJ Hackett is located at the end of McGregor Rd, Smithfield, only a 20 minute drive north along the Captain Cook Hwy, from Cairns City

Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

  • It is highly recommended to reconfirm your Unlimited Bungy & Swing Pass at least 48 hours prior to the date of the activity
  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the activity. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted
